A dark brown tabby form slipped out of the bramble warriors den into the shadowed camp, ice blue eyes gittering in the shadows. The air seemed to have a new chill in it, dispite being almost Green-leaf.
Shivering, Skeet looked at the fresh-kill pile, low as always. Ever since Darkness devoted all his time to making sure the Clans were 'in order', and none to hunting. Sighing, the tom grabbed a scranwy shrew and laid down on the dusty camp floor, his stomach yowling in hunger, not looking up as the thorn barrier rustled.
Snowblood glanced around the camp, his green eyes searching for his blue eyed, ginger and black pelted freind, Rubyblood. Seeing no one except Skeet by the fresh-kill pile, he dropped his pathetic catch in the small pile and grabbed a small blackbird from the bottom.
"Not very talkitive tonight are you now?" he asked, dropping the kill next to the older warrior.
"Spare me your troubles, Snowblood." Skeet growled, taking a bite of his shrew
"Whatever" Snowblood meowed as the thorn barrier ruslted again...

(delete is you need to since I have not made the character bios yet [though I will].)
Roseblood's black fur stroked against the thorns she was passing, some snagging and ripping at her, but the she-cat hardly noticed this. Her golden eyes were narrowed. The queen was leading her son back into the camp after he had ran off on his old. He was no longer a kit though, and she no longer had the same compasssion she had once had for him. Her black and ginger fur looked smooth for a RougueClan cat, of couse when you were the leader's, or past leader's mate, you had to be well kept.
Spark stalked behind his mother, his ginger fur ragged, he got cut by the thorns more then the adult cat in front of him. He hissed and as they got into the camp he slipped past her in a hurrided fasion.
"Stupid mother." Spark hissed under his breath.
The tom cat had a large sparrow in his mouth, he walked proudly towards the fresh-kill pile. The cat didn't drop his meal though, rather passed the pile to find a nice spot to lay down and dig into his meal. The red and black tom twitched his ears to listen to other's conversations.
Roseblood raised an eye brow at her kit but ignored him. She spotted Skeet and Snowblood, though she said nothing to them. She over looked the tom named Snowblood with mysterious golden eyes. Silently, she agreed with her mate that their daughter could and would do much better then an ex-RiverClan tom. She twitched her black whiskers and sat on an old tree stump in the camp. She was curled into a ball, the tip of her ginger tail rested near her front paws. The large she-cat kept her eyes on everything going on, silently, ear twitching, body relaxed yet tense at the same time.

((Go ahead Broken, you'll need to annouce the doom of Darkness to the Clan after all...))
Skeet yawned as he heard Roseblood and Spark enter the camp. He had a dark sense of forebiding as a shiver passed through his body. Forcing himself to take another bite out of his shrew, all the while feeling the chill that seemed to loom over the camp. It seemed as if a greater evil had risin in the forest, as a lesser one fell hard.
Is it just me, or is it colder than Greenleaf? the dark tabby tom asked, his ice blue eyes portaying no such worry of welfare for the Clan, or noticing a blue glint from behind him...
A shadow, almost the size of a full grown warrior, crouched in the shadows, listening to the conversations of the warriors as they ate. The figure's blue eyes glinted at the sight of her freind, the young Rouge warrior. Rubyblood watched as her mother strode into camp, her brother behind her. Where's Darkness... she wondered as she watched for her father to enter the camp he helped build.
Snowblood scented the air as the barrier rustled. Spark and Roseblood...perfect he thought as Spark passed by. Turning his attention back to the blackbird, he heard Skeet ask about the tempture as if it were a freindly greeting.
No one cares about the tempture, kittypet. the white warrior meowed as if Skeet couldn't hear.
You want to repeat that? the tabby warrior hissed angrily, unsheathing his claws and tensing his musucles.
Rubyblood almost gasped when she heard her freind, of all cats, dare say that to one of the fiercist warriors in the Clan. Stepping backwards into the ferns, she froze as the ferns behind her shifted slightly.
I'd be glad to repeat it louder, kittypet Snowblood sneered as the tom seethed in anger over the insult.

Out of natural intrest the older she-cat's head lifted as she heard the noise of the two bickering tom cats. Roseblood's golden eyes narrowed as she flickered her black ears. She hissed to herself, seeing that the cat bringing up the commotion was Snowblood. The stupid young ex-RiverClanner. Roseblood really couldn't see what her daughter saw in the tom cat. Of course Roseblood had never taken the time to get to know any of her kits, nor any other cat in RougeClan. The only one she had gotten even somewhat close to was her mate Darkness and she hadn't seen him all day. Roseblood's black and ginger pelt shfited in the light as she moved into a sitting postion and countined to watch the cats.
Spark rolled his green eyes at the to tom cats. His ginger fur was like a flame, speckled in black smoke. The young tom cat silently watched the two tom cats. He judged them both mentally. On their physical abilities and reputations. This however did not last long. Spark's ears twitched as he head ferns shifting. This brought the cat to his paws. None of the other cats seemed to noticed the disturbance. He had though, and his deep green eyes peered into the shadows and ferns in the direction he had heard the noise. Not wanting to alert any of the other cats of what he had found the ginger and black tom layed back down and started to eat his meal again. All the while his narrowed eyes kept darting back to the same place, hardly paying attention to the two warriors.

Watching as her brother stood up, Rubyblood paused as she relaxed. Glancing toward the apprentice's den not far away, she decided to go there, even if for just a few heartbeats.
Snowblood waited, teasing tention in his eyes as the former kittypet and loner waited for the best moment. He was so focused on his oppenent that he didn't notice a ginger and black shadow streak into a den across the clearing.
Skeet glared at Snowblood. He wouldn't strike unless his opponent struck first. That was the first thing his father had taught him, after he had learned to control his temper.
Rubyblood padded out of the apprentices den, her pelt ruffled from her stay in the shadowed ferns. Blinking rapidly, as if she were blinking sleep from her eyes. Pausing, she yawned and streched, noticing that the two fighting toms were blocking the fresh-kill pile.
"If you're going to fight, take it outside the camp. We don't want your fur in our food." she hissed as she walked past Snowblood and Skeet and grabbed a robin at the top of the pile
"Hey Rubyblood." Snowblood mewed, relaxing his muscles as the she-cat walked by. Watching her pad over toward her brother, he inwardly hissed as she ignored him

Roseblood's ear twitched at the voice of her daughter, who she had just noticed. The fully grown she-cat smirked some, her daughter was a very bold cat, she liked that in Rubyblood. Roseblood silently regretted not ever gettign close to any of her kits, not having much of a mother instinct other then to keep them alive. Out of her litter she liked Spark and Rubyblood the most. She knew she was a horrible mother for that same reason. Roseblood picked favorites.
Spark licked his maw and flickered his ginger red tail. He raised one arched eye-brow at his sister. He had seen her shot into the apprentice den, then come back out. He had to admire her ability, wether he wanted to or not. The young she-cat had a way with going unnnoticed. Something Spark was not as good at. Spark was a harsh and intense fighter though, even as an apprentice he was known for his skills in the fighting aspect.
"Well hello Rubyblood." He side with a voice that held no real emotions.
Spark was more attached to Rubyblood then any other cat he knew other then his father Darkness. He liked her, although he still believed he would kill her if he had to for power. Spark thought he could kill anyone, if he wanted to. The ginger and black cat shifted to make room for his litter mate. He looked at Snowblood and noticed the way the tom cat seemed to be irritated with Rubyblood giving him no more attention then she did to an ant on the ground. Spark looked back at his sister with eyes of question, but doubted she noticed this. He wasn't going to ask either, he'd find out sooner or later he was sure.

Skeet watched as Snowblood relaxed and Rubyblood passed to sit next to her brother. What is wrong with that tom he wondered as Snowblood glared at the she-cat.
"Hello, Spark." Rubyblood meowed as she settled next to her brother. Taking a bite of her robin, she glanced up to see Snowblood still staring at her. Althoguh he was her freind, she had to admit, the way he was looking at her was a little creepy.
"Is it that interesting to watch me eat, Snowblood?" she asked, flicking her tail in amusement.
Snowblood looked at Rubyblood in amazement. That was not his freind speaking, more like her family. He couldn't help that she was the object of his deadly affections.
